Igor is one of Studio Blue’s prime photographers but he is also my husband and life partner. Igor has been shooting weddings since 2002 and he brings a fun and relaxed energy to every wedding he shoots. He is genuine and helpful and takes some pretty sweet pictures. As a naturally easy going guy, Igor strikes a great balance with wedding day chaos. His calming personality shines right through and he leaves every wedding with a few extra “friends”. Igor’s dedication to his art is reflected in the magically spontaneous images he captures. With hundreds of happy wedding couples, Igor has perfected the art of being at the right place at the right time and has a natural knack for bringing out the best in everyone. With a formal education in computer sciences and engineering and a military degree in satellite communication, Igor is well versed in technology. He manages all of Studio Blue’s web dynamics and computer systems. Igor keeps Studio Blue up to date on the newest technology and techniques and keeps our entire technology aspect running and state of the art. What in the world would we do without him? -Tina

August 25th
My first memory of taking a photograph was when I was probably around 6 years old, my father had one of those cameras you looked down into to take the picture. Since then I was always interested in it, and then really got going in high school with photography class.
The excitement and joy of the wedding day! Even after years of doing this I still get butterflies in the stomach before the wedding.
I would have to split that up between two. First the preparation, there is so much detail to capture, and so much emotion. The second would have to be the first dance. The emotion of the couple can be felt by everyone.

I’m pretty geeky, I love technology. I love to go on bike rides with my family. Sit by a fireplace fire in the winter. Drink wine and eat cheese with my wife. I enjoy flying remote control airplanes and helicopters. Wrestle with my son. Have a tea party with my daughter. And I like to watch mythbusters J
